Our Mission
To provide high-quality, personalised and accessible online education that helps every learner understand, improve and reach their full academic potential.
Primary & SecondaryPersonalised one-on-one online lessons
STARTRITE gives your child a tutor's full, undivided attention — so gaps are found early, questions are welcome and understanding replaces guesswork. Confident learners, better results.
Start Right. Learn Right. Grow Right.
About STARTRITE
Some children grasp ideas instantly in a busy classroom. Others need a fresh explanation, more patience, a little repetition — and someone who notices exactly where they got stuck. One teacher with a full class cannot always give that.
That is where we come in. STARTRITE Online School offers personalised, one-on-one lessons where learners move at a pace that suits them, ask questions freely and leave each session genuinely understanding the work — growing into confident, independent learners.
To provide high-quality, personalised and accessible online education that helps every learner understand, improve and reach their full academic potential.
To be a trusted online school where every learner receives the individual attention, guidance and support they need to succeed.
Our Philosophy
Starting right is one of the most important keys to success. A strong foundation, the right support and a space where questions are welcome let confidence grow alongside ability.
What We Offer
From early foundations and entrance exams to GCSEs and real-world coding, every lesson is shaped around your child.
From number foundations to advanced topics and exam technique, for Primary and Secondary learners.
Clear reading, confident writing and strong language skills that carry across every subject.
Structured preparation for competitive entrance exams — building the knowledge and the calm confidence to perform on the day.
Strengthen foundations, master difficult topics, practise exam-style questions and develop examination techniques that work.
Learning doesn't stop at the school gate. We help learners make sense of classwork, complete homework and prepare for tests.
Each session is dedicated entirely to your child. The tutor adjusts the pace, re-explains whenever needed and spots difficulties the moment they appear.
Book a LessonICT & Programming
We teach ICT and a wide range of programming languages one-on-one — building logical thinking, problem-solving and the digital skills learners need for school, exams and the future. Complete beginners and more experienced coders are both welcome.

Our Teaching Approach
Knowing an answer isn't the same as understanding it. When a learner makes a mistake, we don't simply hand over the correct answer — we go back, find where the thinking broke down and rebuild it, until your child understands not only the answer but the design behind the question.
We read each question carefully together and unpack what it is really asking.
We identify exactly where the misunderstanding happened — not just that something went wrong.
We work through it step by step, reviewing missed questions until the logic clicks.
Learners practise similar questions on their own, so the skill transfers to new problems.
In every lesson, learners are encouraged to:

Our Learning Environment
Three words every learner should feel safe saying.
There is no shame in asking questions. Some children understand perfectly when taught individually, yet stay silent in a group for fear of getting it wrong.
Our one-on-one lessons let learners talk directly with their tutor, explain their thinking and get guidance straight away. Mistakes are part of learning — and confidence grows each time a child tries, learns and tries again.
